HEIRLOOM DELUXE SUITE #1
Your lodging reservation includes a private suite within the cottage, plus access to shared spaces. Though we are a shared space overall, the layout of the cottage allows for each ground floor suite to have individual privacy, separate keyed suite door and private bathroom.

1 to 2 guests per reservation; base double occupancy rate. Up to 4 guests - additional per person rates apply (see below)
Deluxe Queen Suite #1 is fit for two people with one queen bed, but spacious enough for four people with an optional twin cot and futon.

IN-ROOM BREAKFAST BAR
Enjoy use of a private refrigerator, microwave and Keurig located in the suite's living room. The breakfast bar is stocked with glassware, flatware, water, coffee, tea and light snacks to keep you going throughout the day.

* Please note this is not a kitchenette. Cooking, hot plates or other appliances are not permitted.


ADDITIONAL GUESTS

Nightly base rate reservations are double occupancy (2 people).
3 people: An additional $25 per night will be added to your reservation.
4 people: An additional $50 per night will be added to your reservation.
2-additional guests can be accommodated on the Living Room futon couch (which adjusts to lay flat) and/or on the twin sized camp cot with a memory foam mattress.
No more than 4 guests are permitted at anytime.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• For your safety, there is a security camera recording the exterior parking area & exterior entrance. This camera will be on during your stay.
• This property is the Host's primary residence, they live here full-time. The Host is available for questions but may or may not see or meet you.
• There are additional guests suites within the house. Other guests may be present during your stay, as well.
• The house is located in a busy and diverse neighborhood; near the river. The house is not walking distance to the beach.
• We can not guarantee a silent retreat. Our single story home is located on a main thoroughfare between two train stations. Street/vehicle/train noise may be experienced, mostly during commuting hours. Courtesy earplugs are provided.
• The center Courtyard is used for socialization, often on weekends. Some "early to bed" or "light sleepers" may find the noises of our shared home disruptive.
• Pets are not permitted. We do not have pets, and your space is pet/allergen free.

• Service Animals: While our owner-occupied lodging with fewer than 5 units is generally exempt from ADA requirements, we provide reasonable accommodations to service animals and their owners. To ensure a comfortable experience within the shared cottage, we will inform all confirmed guests of the potential presence of a service animal in our shared home, prior to check-in. As a courtesy, please communicate with us during the reservation process regarding your service animal needs.

• The property is not baby or child proofed (no cabinet locks, outlet covers, etc.), has thin walls and antique furniture. We ask that you consider this before booking.
• Photography or film production is not included in our nightly rate. Additional advanced agreement required.
